Monique received her PhD at Laval University in Quebec in 1990. She then worked as postdoc in the Bruns Lab from 1990 to 1994. Monique joined the faculty at the University of Colorado in Boulder in January of 1995 and worked there as a professor until September of 1996. She is currently on the faculty at the University of Toulouse in Toulouse, France.
